Reiki is a spiritual healing practice traditionally used in the home and increasingly offered to patients in hospitals, including Memorial Sloan Kettering and Columbia-Presbyterian. Learn how Reiki can help you and your patients, what the medical research on Reiki tells us, why Reiki is safe, and how to identify a credible practitioner.

Pamela Miles has practiced Reiki since 1986 and is internationally known for her pioneering work bringing Reiki into conventional medicine. She has created programs in NYC hospitals, published papers in peer-reviewed medical journals, taught in academic medical centers, and collaborated on research (including an NIH-funded study). She is the author of REIKI: A Comprehensive Guide (Tarcher/Penguin). www.ReikiInMedicine.org
