A Holistic Approach to Headache and Sinus Disease
Benjamin Asher MD and Sezelle Gereau Haddon MD

Headache and sinus disease are complaints that patients frequently bring to their health care providers. While headache and sinusitis are commonly assumed to be related, they often are not. In fact, most patients with sinus disease have headaches that stem from other causes as well. Because of the complexity of possible etiologies, these conditions require a highly individualized approach. Drs. Asher and Haddon will share with us how and why they use a wide range of complementary modalites to address headaches and sinus symptoms, including cranial-sacral therapy, dietary interventions, and the evaluation/treatment of environmental allergens and toxins.

Benjamin Asher MD and Sezelle Gereau Haddon MD are conventionally trained physicians with additional training in complementary therapies. Dr. Asher graduated from the University of Iowa and did his pediatric ENT fellowship at Harvard. He has extensive training in osteopathic manipulation and myofascial release.

Dr. Haddon completed her residency and fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center and is an associate fellow in the Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
