With all the conflicting nutritional information available, health care practitioners are often unsure how to advise their patients. In fact, some of the most commonly held beliefs about a healthy diet have little or no research to support them. Dr. Link will review the evidence for some of these myths, including the need for dairy as a source of calcium, and the differences between raw and cooked foods.
