Lilli Link, MD

With all the conflicting nutritional information available, health care practitioners are often unsure how to advise their patients. In fact, some of the most commonly held beliefs about a healthy diet have little or no research to support them.  Dr. Link will review the evidence for some of these myths, including the need for dairy as a source of calcium, and the differences between raw and cooked foods.

Lilli Link, MD, MS, is a board certified internist, has a Masters of Science degree in Epidemiology and Health Services Research and completed a fellowship in Cancer Epidemiology. In private practice in Manhattan, she provides nutritional counseling focused on individualizing care to patients with chronic disease.
