Annemarie Colbin, Ph.D., founder of The Natural Gourmet Cookery School/Institute for Food and Health in NY City, is the author of four books, including Food and Healing, and Food and Our Bones. A well-known teacher and lecturer on food and health, she is also an associate fellow at the Rosenthal Center for CAM at Columbia University.
